Ordering

What does 'Available to Order mean'?

This means that the product is either in stock with BPS or in stock with our suppliers, which will usually mean a 1-2 day lead time.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Following your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our system. The next email you will receive will be from our order processing team detailing your order and delivery times.

What happens if the product I want is out of stock?

If an item is not displayed as in stock it will be back ordered for you, so please place your order for the item you require as normal. Once your order is received a member of our sales team will check with our supplier and then contact you directly to advise you of the anticipated lead time for your order.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?

Yes. A Full VAT invoice is provided for all orders when requested.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit or debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer and Sage pay. Payments can be made online or by email.

How secure are credit/debit card transactions with BPS?

Our website uses secure encryption and meets the security standards demanded by the most stringent banks.  We also do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Will my personal information be saved securely?

We do not store your credit card information. Everything else is stored on a secure server.
