What does ‘Order Now Mean’?

This means that we do not currently have this product in stock however, you are welcome to place an order and we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Following your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our system. The next email you will receive will be from our order processing team detailing your order and delivery times.

Price Match Policy

At BPS we will try and offer the most competitive price we can, however, we understand from time to time with the sheer number of products we range there may be times whereby other official dealers have a better price. We will try our best to match this price or better it if possible, for this to apply the product must be in stock and from an official dealer.

If you have found a product cheaper elsewhere at an official dealer please send us an email will the details of the product and details of where you have seen the product cheaper and a member of the team will come back to you.

Terms of Price Match:

*The goods must be in stock with the competitor
*The competitor must be an official UK dealer and not a grey import
*Postage and packaging are taken into account for the total order amount.
*We are unable to match Amazon or eBay.
*Price Match does not apply to any promotions or special offers.

What happens if the product I want is out of stock?

If an item is not displayed as in stock it will be back ordered for you, so please place your order for the item you require as normal. Once your order is received a member of our sales team will check with our supplier and then contact you directly to advise you of the anticipated lead time for your order.

Payment & Checkout

Are receipts sent with deliveries?

Yes. A Full VAT invoice is provided for all orders when requested. If you require an invoice, please email sales@bps-tv.co.uk.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit or debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer and Sage pay. Payments can be made online or by email.

How secure are credit/debit card transactions with BPS?

Our website uses secure encryption and meets the security standards demanded by the most stringent banks.  We also do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Will my personal information be saved securely?

We do not store your credit card information. Everything else is stored on a secure server.
