What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock will be back-ordered for you, so please place your order for the item you require as normal. Once your order is received a member of our support team will check with our supplier and then contact you directly to advise you of the anticipated lead time for your order.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Following your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our system. The next email you will receive will be from our order processing team detailing your order and delivery times.

We do not store your credit card information. Everything else is stored on a secure server.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

We offer multiple shipping options and the exact charge cannot be calculated without knowing which items have you ordered, and where will be the order be delivered to. You will be given exact cost during the checkout process.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
