ARRI MSP-1 For Trinity

The MSP-1 allows the TRINITY operator to change the head into a handheld two-axis stabiliser. This way you can stabilise the roll and tilt axes, while the MAXIMA stabilises the pan axes on top.

This ‘modern handheld look’, based on a stabilised horizon and the human touch at the pan axis will allow the operator new ways of using the TRINITY in more creative ways.

One of the key features of the MSP-1 is the possibility to use the Master Grips to control the camera. The MCP-1 comes with two rosette adapters which will take the Handgrip extensions 160mm / K2.0012911.

The adapters can be positioned freely at both sides of the MSP-1 and will place the Master Grips very close to the pivoting point of the tilt axes and to the centre of gravity (COG) of the TRINITY. Easy and full control is guaranteed.

Among other things, the cheese plate like design of the MSP-1 allows to mount the included Hook Mount Bracket and to attach the Easyrig using a carabiner.

The available Euro Mount / K2.0010426 and the Mitchell Mount / K2.0010427 can also be mounted to the MSP-1. This way the TRINITY can be used ‘standing’ onto Dollies and Tripods or ‘hanging’ with a crane and Cablecams.

To have even more accessories with the MSP-1 it is possible to attach the RMB-3 / K2.0006186 rod mount bracket at various positions. The MSP-1 comes with a special reduction insert, which allows to use the TRINITY battery mounts to power the TRINITY head, camera and accessories via the external power cable K2.0010296.
