Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, please select this option at the payment stage at the checkout. Please allow one hour to pick and prepare your order for you so it is ready for you when you arrive. Collections must be made at our office during the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday).
Standard delivery costs £4.95 including VAT and will be sent out by Royal Mail, this service can take 3-5 working days.
FREE UK Delivery On Orders Over £250
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £250 to the UK mainland. Mon-Fri working days only. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.
Next Working Day Delivery
UK mainland orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. To qualify for next-day delivery orders must be placed before 2 pm Mon – Thur. Orders placed after 2 pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Monday delivery, excluding Bank Holidays. The charge for this service is £12.00 plus VAT. This service is only available for products that are in stock. Any products purchased on this service but are not presently in stock will be dispatched on a Next Working Day service when these arrive in stock. We utilise national delivery partners in delivering our next working day delivery service, please note that due to this, we cannot guarantee this service.
Order before 2pm on Friday for Saturday deliveries. Saturday delivery cost £27.50 including VAT – this is only for mainland UK.

WHEN ARE DELIVERIES MADE?
Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8.00am to 6.00pm (not including bank holidays) and require a signature.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

DOES THE DELIVERY ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH THE BILLING ADDRESS?
We can arrange delivery to a different address than the billing address. Please note that these orders will be subject to additional fraud screening and BPS withhold the right to refuse delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Goods cannot be dispatched until payment is received in full. If payment has been made successfully by 2pm and the items are in stock then orders will be dispatched the same working day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY DATE?
We will advise you of an estimated delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order. Small orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Large items will be sent using a national delivery service. We will e-mail you to confirm the date and method of dispatch.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days of receipt.
DOES BPS USE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PACKAGING?
At BPS we reduce waste by recycling and reusing all packaging material we receive from our suppliers. This means that packaging material is often mixed to ensure maximum protection. For certain orders due to unsuitable size and weight, our logistics team may need to utilise new recyclable packaging material provided by our delivery partners.
