The downloadable software enables you control the decoding settings as well as set an IP address to the device and save that information to your computer. That information can be emailed to any computer connected to an ATEM Mini Pro, and this allows the ATEM Mini Pro to locate and stream to the Streaming Bridge connected to the internet.

The ATEM Streaming Bridge is a video converter that lets you receive a H.264 stream from any ATEM Mini Pro and convert it back to SDI and HDMI video. This means you can send video to remote locations around your local Ethernet network, or via the internet globally.

Well, it does something but not what I wanted or expected. I want to duplicate the program stream to another monitor. It won’t do that but merely allows you to send a stream to the bridge. You have to choose either the bridge or eg YouTube, a streaming service or whatever. So it’s no use to me and BPS told me it would do what I wanted. Now they want a 25% restocking fee for an item they sold me under false pretences. Very disappointed.

Apologies that the ATEM Streaming Bridge does not fit all of your needs. We actually only had very limited contact with you prior to your ordering this. We only left a short voicemail asking for you to call us back to see if this product would meet your needs. BPS is happy to advise any customer to advise on the best solution but we cannot make any guarantees without understanding the application of the product which was the case here. Unfortunately, we have to level a restocking fee on all opened returns as these products have impacted warranty and condition.
